• Comment: We have been using Teasdale for several years in both of our houses. I called two weeks ago to get an area in my dining room cleaned because a cat was peeing on it. I had initially planned to pay the fee, and then the extra fees for enzyme cleaner to get rod of the smell. Thankfully your technician was extremely thorough, and pulled back the carpet to show me that the cat urine was way more than I had originally anticipated. It had soaked through the padding and onto the subfloor. He told me he could fix it by removing the padding and replacing that but it was way beyond fixable, like almost permanently damaged. He explained everything to me very thoroughly, and said the smell would most likely keep returning if it had soaked into the subfloor. we have decided to go ahead and rip the carpet up and replace LVP on our own. Thanks for your technician I would have had no idea and we would've probably just kept cleaning that area, with the smell returning. I feel bad bc I can't remember his name. Just wanted to give props where it's due. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate the transparency! Thanks again!
