We had a washer flood our house. Aidan was my technician and was very professional in removing the flooring and promptly drying the subfloor. He returned multiple times to check progress and complete drying. He was very polite and cleaned up very well after the demo.

Super happy with my services! Quickly scheduled next day services via their website. Got my air ducts cleaned and sanitized, dryer vent cleaned as well. They were in and out in 1 hour and explained everything they were doing. With the coupon they were more affordable than others. I'm very pleased! Austin & Matt were the techs and were great.

Cole and Zach performed water and mold remediation in our master bathroom from a leaky shower faucet located in between walls, having to remove shower and floor tiles, remove some drywall, and the bathroom fixtures. They were amazing and they worked hard and accomplished a lot in a day. And they cleaned up completely after they removed everything. They were very kind and professional and understanding of this difficult situation we found ourselves in. I highly recommend Teasdale Fenton Remediation, and especially Cole and Zach. We have been using Teasdale for several years in both of our houses. I called two weeks ago to get an area in my dining room cleaned because a cat was peeing on it. I had initially planned to pay the fee, and then the extra fees for enzyme cleaner to get rod of the smell. Thankfully your technician was extremely thorough, and pulled back the carpet to show me that the cat urine was way more than I had originally anticipated. It had soaked through the padding and onto the subfloor. He told me he could fix it by removing the padding and replacing that but it was way beyond fixable, like almost permanently damaged. He explained everything to me very thoroughly, and said the smell would most likely keep returning if it had soaked into the subfloor. we have decided to go ahead and rip the carpet up and replace LVP on our own. Thanks for your technician I would have had no idea and we would've probably just kept cleaning that area, with the smell returning. I feel bad bc I can't remember his name. Just wanted to give props where it's due. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate the transparency! Thanks again!

We had water damage due to a malfunction of sump pump that flooded our basement that has a lot of carpet. They were very prompt in coming to our rescue and did good job of getting the basement back in good order. They were very professional about their work and we quite satisfied with work.
